Can the StreamPlay be used in a new project?
StreamPlay is a versatile module that can be used in a large variety of project such as streamers, transport streamers, integrated amps and so on.
Shall you need assistance or reference implementations, we can provide consultation and reference design to streamline the product development and maximize time-to-market.
How many versions of StreamPlay are available?
Currently there are two versions of StreamPlay the A31 and A0. The A31 is pin-to-pin compatible with the Linkplay A31 while the A0 adds some pins for SPDIF output that the A31 does not have making it even more feature-rich.
We will however add further variants based on demand, to extend compatibility of StreamPlay with other module vendors.

Is switching between LinkPlay to Volumio StreamPlay that straight-forward?
Yes, the A31 is designed to be easy to swap. There will be some software adjustments to do but we'll take care of that!
